Role: Business Development Executive
? Location: Mumbai (On-site, Full-time)
? Work Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Kapu Gems’ client network and strengthening relationships within the luxury diamond industry. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in sales, business development and the global luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, retailers and wholesalers.
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails and market research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.




Assist in presenting Kapu Gems’ diamond portfolio to prospective buyers.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive and eager to learn.
Basic understanding of sales, business development or client handling is a plus.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.
