About the Role
Zaclab Technologies Private Limited is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the digital marketing industry, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients. The role involves client interaction, client handling, relationship management, lead generation, follow-ups, and business development.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a energetic and fast-paced environment and should have a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, references, and other channels.
Communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand their business and marketing requirements.
Handle client communication and maintain strong, professional relationships.
Explain digital marketing services and solutions to clients according to their requirements.




Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert opportunities into clients.
Coordinate with internal teams such as SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Development.
Manage client requirements and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Prepare basic proposals, quotations, presentations, and service-related information.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, client conversations, and business opportunities.
Work toward achieving individual and company business development targets.
Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and industry practices.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
