The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehousing & distribution operations of the region for B2B and D2C channels across all the brands of Honasa Consumer Ltd.
Responsibilities & Duties -
Work closely with the warehouse team and ensure order processing according to the defined SLA’s
Ensure Timely connectivity of stocks at customer end / Coordinate with Revenue & Logistics team for PO extension
Work closely with the S&OP; team to ensure inventory availability and reduce stockout
Work closely with the Logistics team in formulating and implementing processes that lead to transport efficiency, cost saving and optimal service levels while developing pool of regional transporters.
Track and monitor performance of 3PL & transporters against KPIs and service levels; Support in taking corrective actions to improve overall performance.
Drive warehouse improvement projects in context of productivity and process simplification
Conduct monthly operational performance review with regional revenue team

Minimum Qualifications/ Must Haves-
Graduate with min. 3-5 Yrs of experience in Warehousing Operations
Experience of working with warehouse management system and SAP
Skills -
Analytics skills and valuable working knowledge in excel
Ability to communicate clearly and engage with multiple stakeholders across functions
Willing to upskill, unlearn and learn
