? We’re Hiring | Laytime Analyst / Executive
? Location: Delhi/NCR
We are looking for a Laytime Analyst / Executive to join our growing team in Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laytime calculations, voyage documentation, charter party terms, and vessel operations.

⚓ Preferred Profile
Ex-Deck Officers with practical vessel-operational experience are strongly preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience in laytime analysis, chartering, demurrage, vessel operations, or post-fixture activities are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare, review, and analyse laytime and demurrage calculations
✅ Interpret and apply Charter Party and Recap terms
✅ Review NOR, SOF, cargo documents, port logs, and other voyage documentation
✅ Assess operational events and their impact on laytime / demurrage
✅ Monitor vessel schedules and voyage progress
✅ Coordinate with Owners, Charterers, Agents, and internal teams
✅ Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely submission of calculations and reports




✅ Maintain proper records and support the resolution of laytime and demurrage claims

What We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of laytime and demurrage principles
• Understanding of Charter Party clauses and voyage operations
• Maritime / shipping industry experience
• Experience with laytime calculations, claims, or chartering support
• Robust analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shipping environment
