HVAC Technical Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an HVAC Technical Sales Executive who can combine technical understanding with strong client-facing and business development skills. The role involves understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable HVAC solutions, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and developing relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for HVAC solutions.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC systems and solutions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.




Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to develop technically feasible solutions.
Promote HVAC solutions including AHUs, centralized air-conditioning systems, ventilation systems, and cleanroom HVAC applications.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and project teams.
Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities through to closure.
Track sales opportunities and maintain accurate records of client interactions and proposals.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging HVAC technologies.
Coordinate with internal teams during order execution to ensure smooth project handover.
Achieve assigned sales and business development objectives.
Required Skills
Good understanding of HVAC systems and applications.
Knowledge of air-conditioning, ventilation, AHUs, centralized HVAC systems, and related equipment.
