The Role
-Own retention as a system across WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Push, Email and In-App. You'll redesign how CleverTap is used at CashKaro — every journey, liquid tag, catalog and A/B test. Code your own dashboards, prompt agents for design and copy, and ship fast.

What You'll Own
Lifecycle & journey automation: Design, build and optimize CleverTap journeys across onboarding, activation, first-purchase, cross-category, dormancy and winback. Every journey has a hypothesis, control group, and P&L.;
Segmentation & personalization: Build the segmentation model powering the CRM stack — behavioral cohorts, RFM tiers,



category affinity, price sensitivity, store LAL. Own the definitions, SQL, and sync into CleverTap.
Growth-hacks, gamification & loyalty: Streaks, spin-the-wheel, tiers, missions, milestone rewards, referral loops, viral mechanics, reactivation programs, loyalty schemes, category launches.
Channel strategy — all six: WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, Push, Email, In-App. Know the unit economics, fatigue thresholds, and deliverability of each.
Experimentation engine: Run A/B tests across segments, channels, creatives, offers, send-times and journey branches with hold-outs and statistical rigor.
AI-native marketing operations: Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and agentic tooling for automated creative, copy variants, dashboards and data pulls.
Homepage & app CRO (valuable to have): Block-level performance, stacking logic, TG-vs-CG measurement, banner strategy.
Cross-functional execution: Push, pull, unblock and fol
