Key Responsibilities




Oversee and coordinate service operations for road sweeping machines deployed at approximately 50 sites across India.
Manage a team of 10+ field technicians, providing technical guidance, training and support.
Coordinate day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs through field technicians.
Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Provide technical support to technicians for difficult or recurring breakdowns.
Visit customer sites personally when required to inspect machines, troubleshoot major issues or support the service team.
Coordinate with customers and site teams to ensure machine availability and customer satisfaction.
Maintain service records, breakdown history and equipment performance records.
Monitor machine downtime and follow up with technicians until the machine is restored to operation.
