About Creatoo
Creatoo is a technology-driven loyalty platform helping automotive businesses build stronger customer relationships, increase repeat visits, and deliver better customer experiences.
We are expanding our partner network across Pune and are looking for a Partner Success Executive to manage, support, and grow our network of automotive partner outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Creatoo partner outlets.
Regularly visit automotive detailing studios and service businesses.
Train outlet staff on the Creatoo platform, loyalty features, and payment process.
Drive Creatoo app adoption and increase transactions at partner outlets.
Ensure partner outlets actively use the Creatoo platform.
Identify inactive or underperforming outlets and improve engagement.
Collect partner feedback and coordinate with the internal Creatoo team.
Maintain regular activity and performance reports.
Candidate Profile




Robust communication and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable with field work and travelling across Pune.
Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or field experience is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
Interest in startups, technology, sales, or the automotive industry is a plus.
