Role Description The Safety & Security Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based at Six Senses Vana in Dehradun. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, property, and information across the retreat. Daily tasks include monitoring access points, conducting patrols, overseeing surveillance systems, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies in accordance with established protocols. The role also involves supporting cybersecurity and information protection measures,



maintaining accurate records and incident reports, and collaborating with internal teams to promote awareness of safety and security practices. The Safety & Security Team Member is expected to uphold the retreat’s values of service and wellbeing while maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times.
Qualifications
Strong physical security skills, including access control, surveillance monitoring, incident response, and emergency preparedness.
Fire & Life Safety and Security Certifications.
Understanding of information security best practices, including data protection, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.
Excellent communication skills for transparent reporting, coordination with multiple departments, and guest-facing interactions in a calm, professional manner.
Experience in security, safety management, hospitality security.
