Calsys Calibration provides professional calibration, testing, and quality assurance services for medical and healthcare equipment, supporting hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and healthcare organizations in maintaining equipment accuracy, safety, and compliance.
We are looking for a motivated Calibration Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities and build strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for medical equipment calibration and testing services.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate calibration/testing services.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and service discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical team.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities.




Coordinate with the technical team for execution of customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term service contracts.
Stay updated on healthcare equipment, calibration requirements, and applicable compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in medical equipment sales, biomedical sales, calibration services, or healthcare B2B sales preferred.
Good understanding of medical equipment and hospital environments.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in healthcare sale
