Position Summary




We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager who represents Agile Leadership principles and practices. This role requires a solid technical background combined with exceptional leadership skills. The role is expected to lead team members and managers; drive product development excellence, and enable teams to adopt modern engineering practices, including AI-enabled ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional engineering teams in delivering high-quality software products.
Lead and coach managers/team leads, ensuring effective leadership practices, accountability, and consistent execution across teams.
Act as a second-line manager with responsibility for multiple teams, including managers reporting into this role.
Drive technical decision-making and architecture design for complex systems.
Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
