Position: Admission Officer
Location: Kolkata/Hybrid
Division: Digital
Schedule: Rotational Weekly Off
Reports To: Team Lead – Field Sales
What You’ll Do
Proactively call leads assigned in Salesforce and maintain accurate, updated records of all interactions.
Achieve daily targets of at least 150 dialed calls and 40 connected calls to nurture leads and build relationships.
Book a minimum of 5 branch visits,
home demos, or Zoom demos.
Ensure at least 8 unique branch visits, house visits, or Zoom calls are conducted every week.
Consistently meet weekly objectives to fulfill monthly targets while adhering to company compliance policies.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
