About the Role

Responsibilities
Robust communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
Deep expertise in handling the following:
Outbound / Inbound Deliveries
Shipping documentation
Inventory management/ replenishment
Transportation Tracking
Shipping instructions
Audit Carrier Invoices
Returns
Vehicle scheduling
Routing Optimization
Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Advanced proficiency in SAP.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Qualifications
Graduate with 2-3 year (Only)
of hands-on experience in Logistics Operations. Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a strong advantage.
Experience Reqd-2-3years, Package-4 to 5.5lpa
Required Skills
Strong communication abilities.
Deep expertise in logistics operations.
Advanced proficiency in SAP.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay range and compensation package
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US). Required to be physically present in the office on all working days.
