Compensation:
$1,000 USD per month

About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly Customer Success & Sales Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our current and future members.
Your mission is straightforward:
Help more people start their boxing journey and provide an amazing customer experience.
This is not a traditional customer service position.



You’ll be responsible for helping generate revenue by converting leads into members while ensuring every customer receives excellent service.
ResponsibilitiesLead Management
Contact new leads quickly after they inquire.
Answer questions via phone, SMS, email, and CRM.
Schedule free trial sessions.
Follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet.
Trial Session Follow-Up
Confirm upcoming trial appointments.
Reschedule missed appointments.
Follow up after trial sessions.
Help convert trial members into paying members.
Member Success
Help new members download and use the Soto Boxing app.
Assist members with booking classes and private sessions.
Answer membership questions.
Resolve basic customer issues quickly and professionally.
CRM & Sales
Maintain accurate customer records.
Update lead stages and notes.
Complete daily follow-up tasks.
Utilize CRM automations effectively.
Ensure no lead is forgotten.
Administrative Support
Respond to incoming cal
