Role Description The Telecaller Intern role is a full time,



remote position responsible for conducting outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, following scripts and guidelines to present company services clearly and professionally. This role involves collecting and updating customer information, responding to basic inquiries, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for senior sales or account management team members. The Telecaller Intern will document call outcomes, maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and share regular updates with supervisors. Additional tasks may include supporting email outreach, assisting with lead generation activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve call quality and conversion rates.
