Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our B2B sales and strategic partnerships in the e-waste and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) sectors. You will target Producers, Importers, Brand Owners (PIBOs), and OEMs, helping them achieve regulatory compliance, secure EPR credits, and implement sustainable recycling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Client Acquisition & Sales: Drive B2B sales for e-waste recycling, EPR compliance solutions, and EPR credit monetization. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract closure.
· Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key corporate stakeholders, including CXOs, Compliance Heads, and HSE/EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment) Managers.




· Regulatory Guidance: Advise clients on evolving CPCB/SPCB regulations, e-waste management rules, and compliance obligations.
· Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and project execution.
· Market Intelligence: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor activities, and industry trends to spot new business opportunities.
· Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts
Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: 4 to 8 years of total B2B sales or enterprise sales experience, with at least 2–3 years specifically focused on E-Waste, Plastic, or Battery EPR compliance and recycling services.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA/PGDM is preferred.
· Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian
