Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Sales Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Travel Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their travel needs, promote suitable tour packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.



Responsibilities include preparing itineraries and quotations, coordinating with operations teams and partner vendors, and ensuring smooth communication before and during travel. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and sales, following up on inquiries, and meeting sales targets while providing professional and courteous service. The Travel Sales Executive will also support marketing initiatives, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming domestic travel inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Design customized itinerary packages ( hotels, sight-seeing, and transportation) tailored to client budgets and preferences.
Negotiate rates with hotels, vendors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
