Job Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for IT and technical roles.
Handle recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and other platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Understand technical job requirements and match suitable candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and technologies.
Familiarity with recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Freshers with relevant HR/recruitment knowledge can apply.
