Role Description The Placement Executive role is a full-time, in office position located at Zoople Technologies in Kochi. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing job placement activities for trainees, including identifying suitable opportunities, maintaining relationships with hiring partners, and matching candidates to roles based on skills and interests.



Day-to-day tasks include engaging with trainees to understand their career goals, preparing them for interviews, supporting resume and profile development, and tracking placement outcomes. The Placement Executive also interacts with employers and industry contacts, organizes placement drives or recruitment events, and collaborates with training staff to align course outcomes with market needs.
Qualifications

Ability to manage and execute Job Placements activities, including employer outreach and candidate coordination.
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to interact effectively with trainees, employers, and internal teams.
Customer Service and client relationship skills to provide supportive guidance and maintain positive employer partnerships.
Experience in Training, mentoring, or career guidance to help prepare trainees for interviews and workplace expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in business, hum
