Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Video Editor at LevelUpForMenn. The Video Editor will work closely with the content and coaching teams to edit long-form and short-form video content for courses, social media, workshops, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, editing videos for clarity and engagement,



applying color grading, adding motion graphics, and integrating on-brand visual elements. The Video Editor will also optimize videos for different platforms, maintain consistent visual style, manage file organization, and collaborate on creative concepts and storytelling. The role requires proactive communication, adherence to deadlines, and the ability to iterate based on feedback.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for educational and social media content.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio cleanup.
