About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or EdTech. The role involves connecting with potential learners, understanding their requirements, selling relevant courses, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students, engineers, and working professionals through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paid course enrollments.
• Handle customer queries and sales objections.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.




• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work towards conversions.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or EdTech.
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
• Experience in selling courses, educational programs, or technical products will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of engineering or core engineering domains is a plus.
