Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Digital Marketing role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective learners and corporate clients, presenting AimNxt’s training programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting product demonstrations or informational sessions, maintaining customer relationships,



and supporting sales pipeline management. The team member will collaborate with trainers and management to align sales strategies with course offerings and contribute to digital marketing activities such as social media outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
