Project Planning & Execution

* Collect, analyze, and understand project requirements from clients and
internal stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including:

* Project scope
* Objectives
* Deliverables
* Key milestones
* Timelines and schedules
* Resource allocation
* Project dashboards and reporting

* Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with business objectives
and client expectations.
* Monitor project progress and proactively address issues impacting delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Management

* Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, internal teams, and
external suppliers.
* Communicate project status, requirements, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
* Facilitate project planning, review, and status meetings.
* Ensure transparent documentation and communication throughout the project
lifecycle.

Content Mapping & Client Portal Management

* Maintain and manage project-related content within the Client Portal.
* Map project deliverables, documentation, workflows, timelines, and resources
accurately in the portal.




* Ensure content structure, navigation, and accessibility support stakeholder
requirements.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep portal content updated and
aligned with project milestones.
* Monitor content completeness, accuracy, and governance standards within the
portal.
* Support implementation of best practices for project documentation, content
organization, and knowledge management.

Project Financial & Risk Management

* Analyze project cost structures and identify significant variances from
approved budgets.
* Evaluate project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
* Define potential problems and recommend alternatives considering costs,
timelines, and quality requirements.
* Track project performance metrics and recommend corrective actions where
necessary.
