Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, manage outreach campaigns, and nurture relationships with prospective clients and partners.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing target segments, and helping refine positioning and messaging for LUFM’s programs and services. The role involves coordinating discovery calls, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize the client journey from first contact to enrollment. The specialist will also track performance metrics, propose improvements to business development processes, and support strategic initiatives that drive growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, manage calls and messages, and build trust-based relationships.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify target audiences, develop prospect lists, and surface new partnership or growth opportunities.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess funnel performance, and provide action
