Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Tele Caller will contact prospective and existing clients in the USA, introduce Asan Innovators’ services, and generate interest and qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls,



following structured scripts while adapting to caller needs, responding to basic queries, and updating CRM or call logs with accurate information. The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to schedule follow-ups, share prospect feedback, and support campaign goals. The Tele Caller is expected to meet call targets, maintain professional communication standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in call quality and conversion rates.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), with clear pronunciation and confidence when speaking with USA-based clients.
Customer engagement and relationship-building abilities, including active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts, such as lead generation, qualification, and follow-up practices.
