Role Overview

As an IT Project Manager (ServiceNow Projects), you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, managing scope, timelines, quality, and client communication. While prior ServiceNow project management experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. What’s essential is a strong foundation in Agile, Scrum, and Sprint delivery, along with exceptional stakeholder management and coordination skills.





Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within defined scope, cost, and schedule.
Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client and internal stakeholders.
Conduct and lead Agile ceremonies - daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coordinate between clients, developers, architects, QA teams, and pre-sales for smooth delivery execution.
Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and velocity metrics.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure project success.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and risk logs.
Support internal initiatives for improving project delivery frameworks.
Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement across teams.
