About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Head of Event Programming to lead the planning, development, execution, and growth of the company’s events and programming calendar across our hospitality venues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, and events industry, with proven experience in curating high-quality events, managing artists and partners, developing programming strategies, and driving guest engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the overall event and entertainment programming strategy for the company and its outlets.
Create and maintain a monthly and quarterly events calendar aligned with the brand identity and business objectives.
Conceptualize and execute events such as live performances, DJ nights, themed nights, cultural events, brand collaborations, special experiences,



and seasonal events.
Identify and build strong relationships with DJs, musicians, performers, artists, hosts, entertainers, event agencies, and production partners.
Negotiate artist fees, contracts, commercial terms, and performance requirements while maintaining budgets.
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, PR, F&B;, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns for upcoming events.
Monitor event performance, guest feedback, footfall, revenue, and ROI to evaluate programming effectiveness.
Identify recent entertainment trends, concepts, and opportunities relevant to the hospitality and nightlife industry.
Develop innovative event concepts that increase customer engagement, repeat visits, brand visibility, and revenue.
Manage event budgets and ensure programming remains commercially viable.
