We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Technical Recruiter /HR Executive/Sr. Executive -Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. Technical Skills :
Google workspace & use of excel for data tracking

Maintaining recruitment dashboards, analysing hiring metrics, creating reports

Job Objectives & Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media & employee referrals




Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candida
Conduct preliminary screening calls, schedule assessment tests and ensure positive candidate experience during the complete recruitment cy
Coordinate with the candidates & hiring managers for scheduling the interviews to ensure smooth interview proc
Maintain & update candidates’ databases and recruitment track
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
Support onboarding of new hires ensuring exceptional candidate experience
Travel to campuses for conducting assessment tests & sourcing talent to meet annual workforce numbers

Qualification & Experience : BTech/Bachelor’s or equivalent + MBA in HR/Business Management(Desirable), 5-10 Years of work experience
