Role Description The Site Manager – Electrical and Mechanical is a full time, on-site role based in Behror, responsible for overseeing all electrical and mechanical activities at the assigned facility. This role plans, coordinates, and supervises installation, maintenance,
and repair work on production equipment and facility systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and minimal downtime. The Site Manager leads and mentors technical teams, assigns tasks, monitors progress, and verifies quality and compliance with standards and regulations. The role includes reviewing technical drawings and specifications, managing contractors and suppliers, coordinating with customer representatives, and preparing regular status and performance reports. The Site Manager also supports budgeting and resource planning, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures adherence to Leadec’s health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Qualifications
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, including industrial equipment, utility systems, and basic automation concepts.
Experience in site management or supervision within manufacturing, industrial services, or facility management environments.
