Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Indore. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective learners via phone, email, and online channels to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable courses. Daily responsibilities include lead qualification, follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting enrollment and revenue targets. The role involves coordinating with marketing and academic teams, resolving applicant queries, and delivering a professional and supportive experience throughout the admission process. The position requires consistent on-ground collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company processes and reporting standards.





Key Responsibilities:
• Counselling students and working professionals on suitable courses
• Explaining course details, advantages, and career opportunities
• Handling leads, follow-ups, and enrolment conversions
• Building and maintaining strong student relationships
• Achieving monthly counselling and enrolment targets
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Sales/Telecalling/EdTech experience is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
