About the Role
CloudMellow Technologies is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience in paid digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing multi-channel advertising campaigns and be comfortable leveraging AI tools to optimize campaign performance, automate workflows, and improve marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, ROAS, CPA, and lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign performance.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms for campaign planning, ad copy generation, reporting, and optimization.




Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the SEO, content, design, and development teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills
4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
Robust knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Expertise in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution.
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
