Role Description The Nursing In-charge is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves overseeing nursing operations on assigned units, including staffing,



scheduling, and coordination of care to ensure safe, evidence-based oncology and hematology services. The Nursing In-charge monitors patient care quality and safety, supervises and mentors nursing staff, and supports adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and documentation standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, managing resources and supplies, addressing patient and family concerns, and participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives. The role also requires active involvement in staff training, orientation of recent team members, and implementation of institutional policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Nursing and Patient Care skills, with demonstrated experience in oncology or hematology settings.
