Role Description: This is a full-time/Part-Time, on-site PGT Accounts and Business Studies role located in Noida. The role involves planning and delivering classroom sessions in Accounts and Business Studies aligned with the prescribed curriculum and academic standards. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching core concepts in finance, accounting, and business management, evaluating student performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback. The role also requires maintaining accurate academic records, supporting students in exam preparation, coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and participating in faculty meetings and training sessions to continuously improve teaching quality.
Qualifications




Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to teach accounts and business concepts effectively.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact with students, guardians, and colleagues in a professional and supportive manner.
Proficiency in Account Management and related academic record-keeping for student performance and course documentation.
Relevant postgraduate degree in Commerce, Business Studies, Finance, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
Prior experience teaching Accounts and Business Studies at senior secondary level or in a coaching/Institute environment.
Ability to design engaging lesson plans, use modern teaching aids, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
Strong classroom management skills, organizational skills, and commitment to student success and ethical academic practices.
