We've built deep expertise at the intersection of F&B;, marketplaces, data and growth, and are looking for a senior hire to help lead our Client Servicing function as we enter our next phase of growth.

The Role
We're hiring a Senior Manager – Client Strategy & Servicing with 4+ years of experience.
This isn't a traditional account management role.
You'll lead a Client Servicing team, own key brand relationships and be responsible for translating marketplace data into commercial strategy and revenue-growth conversations.
You'll work directly with the founder and play an active role in both running the function today and building where Binge goes next.

What You'll Own




Lead and mentor the Client Servicing team across our Aggregator Management portfolio.
Own senior relationships with founders, operators and brand teams.
Analyse Zomato & Swiggy performance across revenue, AOV, orders, conversion funnels, discounting, ad spends, menu performance and customer behaviour.
Turn dashboards and raw performance data into insights, hypotheses and actionable growth recommendations.
Lead monthly business reviews and strategic client conversations.
Identify growth levers across pricing, menu engineering, promotions, visibility, acquisition and retention.
Work closely with Data and Backend teams to move from data → insight → action.
Drive stronger account planning, communication, execution and accountability across the CS function.
Support escalations and high-impact commercial decisions.
Work alongside the founder on current markets, capabilities and growth opportunities as Binge scales.
