Helping Human Realty is looking for an experienced qualified who can take complete ownership of our real-estate property portals and convert portal presence into measurable business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com & other property portals
Upload, optimise and regularly update project listings
Manage featured/premium listings and portal packages
Track all incoming leads and ensure 100% CRM integration
Coordinate with Pre-Sales & Sales teams for timely follow-up
Monitor lead quality, site visits, bookings and conversion
Analyse portal-wise CPL, cost per site visit, cost per booking & ROI




Coordinate and negotiate with portal Account Managers
Monitor competitors, pricing and listing visibility
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance MIS
What We Are Looking For
Someone who understands that:
“Uploading properties is not the job. Generating profitable business from the portals is the job.”
Robust knowledge of 99acres / Magicbricks / Housing.com, CRM, Excel/MIS and real-estate lead management will be preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000/month + Performance Incentives
Higher compensation can be considered for exceptionally experienced candidates.
