Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. This position involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting interior design services, and converting leads into consultations or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Handling and following up on leads generated through Meta Ads.
•⁠ ⁠Conducting outreach programs through various platforms to generate new leads.
•⁠ ⁠Making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.




•⁠ ⁠Answering inquiries and providing product and service information.
•⁠ ⁠Generating new leads through telecalling and other outreach activities.
•⁠ ⁠Following up with prospective customers and converting leads into appointments or sales.
•⁠ ⁠Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborating with the design and sales teams to schedule appointments and support promotional campaigns.
•⁠ ⁠Contributing to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for clear, professional phone conversations and effective follow-ups.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
Sales skills to qualify leads, present offerings persuasively, negotiate where appropriate, and close deals.
