About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Organic Growth to build and scale organic visibility for MSM Unify's India Campus platform — a next-generation, AI-native higher-education discovery marketplace for Indian students. This role owns the full organic growth stack: traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), technical schema, and the content operation that powers all of it.
The ideal candidate has personally scaled a commercial or lead-generation website from a new or low-authority domain to 1M+ monthly organic sessions, purely organically, and can speak to the downstream conversion metrics that traffic drove. This is a build-phase role, pre-launch — the person joining will define the organic foundation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end organic visibility strategy across SEO, AEO, and GEO.
• Define and enforce schema.org structured data standards across every page template, in partnership with engineering.
• Own technical SEO health: crawlability,



indexation, sitemap architecture, and Core Web Vitals coordination.
• Drive keyword and topic strategy across institution, course, exam, and category pages.
• Track and optimize for citation across AI answer engines (ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini).
• Direct the content operations team and own the fact-check and quality gate before any page publishes.
• Own content planning to maximize AEO, GEO, and SEO outcomes — topic prioritization, content briefs, and page-level intent mapping.
• Design and run the content production pipeline end to end — intake, drafting, review, publish.
• Build and enforce the content validation checklist covering factual accuracy, sourcing, schema, and originality.
• Track content publishing throughput and individual writer performance, with explicit per-writer productivity and quality metrics.
