Role Description The Non Motor Insurance Sales & Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for non-motor insurance products, including commercial and retail lines such as health, property, liability, and specialty covers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and onboarding current clients, managing existing accounts, preparing proposals, coordinating with underwriting teams,



and ensuring timely policy issuance and renewals. The manager will design and implement marketing campaigns, conduct market analysis, organize client education initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product positioning and customer experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including client prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and deal closing.
Experience in insurance product knowledge, especially non-motor lines (health, property, liability, and specialty), with the ability to interpret and explain policy terms and coverage.
Marketing and brand-building capabilities, including campaign planning, content development for marketing materials, and digital outreach strategies.
