Nirmaan is looking for an energetic and execution-oriented professional to join our Volunteering Team and manage end-to-end corporate volunteering initiatives.

? Experience: 3+ years
? Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
What will you do?
• Plan and execute corporate volunteering events
• Coordinate with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, schools, volunteers and implementation partners
• Manage event logistics, vendors, procurement and budgets
• Lead on-ground event execution
• Prepare proposals, budgets, reports, impact stories and presentations
• Track volunteer participation, feedback and volunteering hours
• Build solid relationships with corporate stakeholders
• Travel locally for volunteering events as required
What are we looking for?
✨ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✨ Excellent coordination and stakeholder management
✨ Experience in CSR, NGO programs, event management, community engagement or corporate volunteering
✨ Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
✨ Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines
✨ Willingness to travel
