About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support the growth of our Institutional Global Investing business.
The role will focus on building and managing relationships with Relationship Managers (RMs) across leading bank-broker partners. The individual will play a key role in driving business growth by enabling RMs, increasing client participation, and supporting the execution of business initiatives across partner networks.




This is a highly relationship-driven role that combines stakeholder management, business development, field engagement, and execution. The candidate will work closely with senior business leaders, Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and gain exposure to one of the fastest-growing segments within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers
Support RM education through training sessions, webinars, and business updates.
Act as a key point of contact for RMs, ensuring timely resolution of queries and seamless support.
Drive growth in client acquisition, account activation, and funding through partner distribution channels.
Track lead pipelines and conversion metrics to improve business performance.
Support the execution of regional and our partner branch-level initiatives aimed at increasing Global Investing adoption.
