Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their training and consulting needs. Day-to-day activities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating delivery of training programs,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will monitor account performance, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client business goals. The role also involves regular review meetings with key stakeholders, updating account plans, tracking renewals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other reporting tools.
Qualifications
Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a track record of managing strategic corporate clients.
Solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to understand client needs, interpret data, and develop effective account strategies.
Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle escalations professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships.
