Your work profile

We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager – Customer 360 (C360) Data Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise Customer 360 platform. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a unified customer data product that powers customer insights, personalization,



risk management, marketing, servicing, and regulatory reporting across our global credit card business.

Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Customer 360 data product.
Drive the evolution of a single, trusted view of customers across channels, products, and geographies.
Align product priorities with business objectives across Marketing, Risk, Fraud, Customer Service, and Digital teams.

Product Management & Execution
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and adoption.
Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, architecture, data governance, and analytics teams.
Establish product KPIs and continuously measure value realization.
