We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us build the sales and growth function at Samosa Interactive from the ground up.
This is a hands-on B2B sales role.
We're not looking for someone who simply manages inbound leads, updates a CRM, or waits for opportunities to come in. We're looking for someone who enjoys finding the right businesses, starting conversations, speaking to decision-makers and creating genuine sales opportunities.
You will work directly with the founders and product team, understand what we're building, identify businesses that could benefit from our products and solutions, and help build a strong and repeatable sales pipeline.

What you'll be doing
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential B2B customers.
• Identify prospects and decision-makers through research, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and field outreach.
• Own outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and direct meetings.
• Speak with business owners,



founders and other decision-makers to understand how they currently operate and identify problems we may be able to solve.
• Qualify opportunities and convert initial conversations into meaningful product demo meetings.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Work directly with the founders on product demos, proposals, commercials, negotiations and closures.
• Maintain the CRM and ensure every lead, conversation, follow-up and opportunity is properly tracked.
• Meet customers in person when required. This is not a purely desk-based sales role.
• Bring structured customer and market feedback back to our product team.
• Over time, take increasing ownership of product demos, negotiations and closures and help us build a scalable Business Development function.

What the first 90 days will look like
During the initial 90 days, your primary focus will be on prospecting, outreach, qualification and generating strong demo opportunities.
