Role Description The Associate Director of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for ONE Atmosphere’s properties and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize offerings and pricing.



The Associate Director of Sales will lead and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, review sales metrics, and ensure exceptional customer service across all client interactions. The role also involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other stakeholders, while representing the brand at events, meetings, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Solid Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
minimum 5 years experience in Sales Operations
Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
Relevant experience in hospitality or extended stay business is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel as needed for client meetings or property visits.
