Job Title: Business HR

Role Purpose
To act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the factory operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR practices, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and smooth workforce management to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and productivity initiatives
Support business in organizational development and change management
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory roles (blue collar & white collar)
Ensure timely onboarding and smooth induction for recent employees
Coordinate with consultants and vendors for hiring needs
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Build a positive employee relations climate within the factory
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Drive engagement initiatives, communication forums, and welfare activities

Performance Management
Facilitate KRA/KPI goal setting, reviews, and performance discussions
Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIP)
Ensure timely closure of appraisal cycles
5. Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
Liaise with government authorities and manage audits/inspections
Maintain records related to compliance (Factories Act, PF, ESI, etc.)
6. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Ensure accuracy in HRMS data and documentation
Support audits and reporting requirements
7. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate L&D; initiatives for factory employees
Drive skill development programs for workforce capability building
8. Factory Training & Capability Building
Plan and execute mandatory factory trainings (Safety, POSH, GMP, SOPs, Compliance)
