This is a junior role within the accounts and finance team at the company. You will be responsible for all accounts, compliance, and financial reporting tasks under the guidance of the accounts head. This is a fully in-office role with a six-day working week.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate B.Com, M.Com is ideal and preferred (candidates of other fields with relevant work experience can also apply).
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounting & Bookkeeping.
Skills & Knowledge: Experience & proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel is a must; GST, TDS, Bank Reco, Sales & Purchase invoicing, filings, etc.
Location: Faridabad, Haryana (In office role).

Key Responsibilities Area

Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
Maintain books of accounts and accounting records.
Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and ledger postings.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.





Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices and payments.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
Verify bills, purchase orders, and payment requests.
Maintain customer and supplier account records.

Taxation & Compliance
Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.
Support TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
Maintain statutory records and compliance documents.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required.

Payroll Support
Assist in payroll processing and salary calculations.
Verify attendance, leave records, and reimbursements.
Prepare payroll-related reports and documentation.

Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Generate financial statements and management reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
