Role Description The Team Lead – MEP is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees MEP design and coordination activities, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services within BIM and CAD environments.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, allocating tasks to the engineering team, reviewing and validating designs and models, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues. The Team Lead will guide team members, establish best practices, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and support quality assurance across multiple projects. The role also involves reporting on project progress, identifying risks, and contributing to continuous improvement of workflows and tools.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and related building services disciplines.
Demonstrated experience in Engineering Management and Project Management within MEP or building services projects.
Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Computer-Ai
