Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Manager – Custom Clearance with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The Manager will oversee end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with customs authorities, shipping lines, transporters, and clients, managing documentation, and resolving queries or issues related to customs brokerage.



The role involves reviewing and validating HS codes, duties, and taxes, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring timely clearance to avoid delays and penalties. The Manager will lead and mentor the customs team, implement process improvements, maintain accurate records, and provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key customers.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customs operations skills, including Customs Brokerage and hands-on experience with clearance procedures.
Candidates should possess import-related expertise, including Import and Import Export documentation, regulations, and process management.
Candidates should possess export-related expertise, including Export and Import Export compliance, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
