Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and X campaigns.
Develop performance marketing strategies focused on qualified lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta algorithm changes and implement best practices.
Optimize campaigns to consistently achieve predefined KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.

Google Ads & Search Marketing
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Improve Quality Scores, Ad Rank, and conversion performance.
Optimize landing page performance in collaboration with the web team.

Social Media Marketing
Develop strategies to improve organic and paid social media performance.
Monitor and improve engagement metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions.




Recommend content strategies based on audience insights and platform trends.

Google Business Profile Management
Manage and regularly optimize Google Business Profiles.
Update business information, products, posts, images, and offers.
Monitor reviews and recommend reputation management strategies.
Improve local search visibility and Google Maps rankings.

Campaign Budget & Account Management
Plan and allocate campaign budgets effectively across platforms.
Monitor daily spends and optimize budget utilization.
Create, manage, and maintain Google Ads and Meta Business Manager accounts.
Set up recent ad accounts, billing accounts, payment methods, pixels, conversion tracking, and events.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and account security.

Reporting & Analytics
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
