Basic Profile of the Position
Support Program Directors and the Administration Team in managing pre-program, during-program, and post-program activities, coordination, and communication for assigned learning and development programs.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Program Coordination
Ensure participant nominations and confirmations are received within defined timelines.
Coordinate with learning partners, faculty, and internal administration teams for end-to-end program logistics, including:
Contract management
Pre-program orientation/webinars
Virtual and physical classroom arrangements
Learning materials and resources
Administrative support
Invoice processing
Post-program coordination and follow-up activities
Maintain effective communication with participants and stakeholders throughout the learning journey.
2. Learning Support & Program Execution




Understand the pre-work requirements for assigned programs and support participants in completing them successfully.
Develop a strong understanding of the organization's learning initiatives and program objectives.
Support the planning, execution, tracking, and documentation of learning initiative programs.
Maintain accurate program records, participant data, feedback, assessments, and completion reports.
Execute program-related activities and ensure adherence to agreed learning processes and timelines.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust report writing and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
